Pay a fixed price for the equipment and support you need. ReliefPay does not charge recipients, add transaction fees or take a percentage of assistance.

These are indicative equipment and support prices, not a complete pilot budget. Availability, hardware validation and delivery must be confirmed before a written quote. There is no online checkout.

What to include in a pilot budget

Included starter support: The starter kit includes a 90-minute remote handover and 30 days of email support.
Optional managed hosting: Managed Support is R3 500 per month and includes hosting, backups, updates and the support listed above. It is quoted separately from equipment.
Your NGO’s costs: Allow for assistance funds, staff time, shop training, supported Android phones and connectivity. These are separate from ReliefPay’s prices.

Software access, hosting, duration and ongoing support must be agreed in the written pilot scope, including what happens after the initial support period.

Software release plans

The community core is planned as self-hosted software with a R0 licence fee. It has not been released. Hardware, hosting and support are separate costs.
